General Guidelines |
|
- Non-profit organizations who support the arts in the Cedar Valley are eligible
- Organizations wishing to display at the College Hill Arts Festival (CHAF) must submit an application by the 15 May deadline to allow site planning. Applications submitted after that date will not be considered. Successful applicants will be notified by 1 June via e-mail.
- Non-profit displays are not authorized to sell anything at CHAF but are there to promote and provide information on their organization and its activities in support of the arts.
- An application by a non profit organization constitutes acceptance of these conditions by that non profit.
- Acceptance of a non-profit to display at CHAF will be based on how well the mission of the applying non-profit compliments the mission of CHAF .
- Acceptance will be at the sole discretion of CHAF.
